T‑Shirts

1. Return/Exchange Window

   • You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
   • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags/labels attached.

1. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

   • Contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
   • We will provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back. Shipping costs for returns may be at the customer’s expense unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.

2. Refunds

   • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method, excluding any shipping charges if applicable.

Stickers

1. Warranty

   • Our stickers come with a 2‑year warranty against fading or peeling under normal use. If your sticker fades or peels within this period, we will replace it for free.

2. How to Claim the Warranty

   • Contact us with a photo of the defective sticker and your original order details.
   • We will confirm the claim and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
